Executive Assistant 

Part-time | Remote 

Description 

As an executive assistant, you will be working closely with the CEO by answering emails, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and setting up reminders. Working in a startup means that your role is an absolute necessity in keeping things organized at a company-wide level and facilitating communication internally. ​

 

This is a position at a rapidly expanding funded and revenue-backed start-up in the San Francisco bay area. We are looking for a candidate ready to learn and grow with the organization.

Requirements 

  • Superior organizational and time management skills.

  • Self-starter, eager to learn.

  • Passionate about technology.

  • Responsive and willing to work when needed.

  • Independently motivated and able to function effectively given little direction.

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly through writing.

Nice to have's 

  • Experience in related fields.

  • Familiar with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Agile worksystems.
